Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and services.
Grow new accounts
Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts to close sales deals.
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using CRM software.
Requirements
2 years of experience with Account Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers on the phone.
Strong negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of sales activities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
