With an impressive track record in recruitment for global agencies, Carl joined Fetch to specialise in Construction and Manufacturing recruitment. He successfully formed the Facades division and currently oversees the management of the Manufacturing and Logistics space.

Carl has developed strong partnerships with his clients and candidates, effectively managing relationships with over 35 contractors for critical projects. In his role, he handles contract labour needs, ensuring successful client project delivery. Carl is determined to build long-term client relationships and support his candidates in their employment journey.
