Leo joined Fetch in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant, quickly working his way through the ranks to Senior Consultant and now Team Leader, leading the Civil Trade’s division in Victoria. Leo brings a unique perspective in being able to truly partner and advise executives on hiring decisions. He loves seeing his team flourish and achieve wins that he can help support.

Leo came into recruitment with 6 years of sales experience in business development and account management roles, this has enabled him to know exactly what is required for a team that is seeking new talent. Now 4 years in the industry and counting, Leo’s success derives from developing quality business relationships and taking the time to understand the complex needs of clients and candidates.
