Due to ramp up from one of our key clients - Fetch are seeking experienced Civil Dozer Operators for a long term Civil project in Port Hedland area.
This is a great opportunity to work for a large mining and civil contractor with strong pipeline of work to keep you busy.

Whats On Offer:
- 2/1 Roster - Days + Nights
- 12 hour days
- Civil Dozer Role - land reclamation project
- Excellent camp site accommodation, food and facilities
- Long Term secure work with permanency on offer after 3 months
- ASAP Starts
Rates:
- Overtime rate: 200% of base rate after the first 7.6 hours worked each day
- Public Holiday Rate: 250% of base hourly rate
- Hourly rate (day shift): $36.10 p/hr inc casual loading
- Hourly overtime rate (day shift): $72.20 p/hr inc casual loading
- Hourly rate (night shift): $41.52 p/hr inc casual loading
- Hourly overtime rate (night shift): $83.03 p/hr inc casual loading
- Allowances;
- General building and construction industry allowance $61.94 per week
- Civil construction industry allowance $61.94 per week
- UP TO $2000 PER MONTH IN SAFETY BONUS PAYMENTS
- PROJECT COMPLETION BONUS - $100 PER DAY
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Dozer Op
- Must be happy to assist on other machinery as required (you will still be paid Dozer rates)
- Site based experience essential must have experience on D6 Dozers Up
- Experience in a fast paced high volume Dozer role working towards performance and safety targets
- Must have Dozer Ticket and valid licence
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must be able to complete basic online inductions
- Will need 2 recent contactable references
- Must be able to commence ASAP
