We are looking for a talented Carpenter with a passion for precision and an eye for detail to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end custom builds, with expertise in woodworking, cabinetry, and intricate detailing. This position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind spaces. The project is a 6 million dollar build in Anglesea. My client has around 70 employees and boasts 30+ Master Builder awards, with generally having 14 plus proejcts on the go.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design plans.
- Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to achieve the highest level of precision and quality in all woodworking projects.
- Manage and mentor junior carpenters, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end custom builds.
- Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to interpret and work from architectural plans and design specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
