Key Responsibilities:
- Programming and setting up CNC machines (Mill, Lathe, or both)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Performing quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to safety standards and company policies
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery (Mills, Lathes, etc.)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
