We are currently seeking a highly organised Compliance Administrator to support our Civil Construction team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations for our labour hire workforce by managing compliance, payroll processes, and safety requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with consultants to collect and verify civil labour hire workers' tickets and OH&S documents from both candidates and clients.
  • Assist the team in processing contractor placements and data entry
  • Assist contractors and clients with timesheet submissions and resolve any queries.
  • Ensure all timesheets are submitted and approved on-site to facilitate seamless payroll processing.
  • Order and maintain PPE supplies, ensuring all workers have the necessary equipment to work safely.
  • Running daily, weekly and monthly compliance reporting for the business.

Relevant Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administration or compliance role, ideally within recruitment, labour hire, or construction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both contractors and clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
