We are seeking experienced Labourers & concreters to join our team immediately. This role involves general concrete labouring tasks, assisting trades, and contributing to the successful completion of various civil and construction projects.

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Labourers & concreters to join our team immediately. This role involves general concrete labouring tasks, assisting trades, and contributing to the successful completion of various civil and construction projects.

Key Duties:
- Concrete placement and finishing, including screeding, floating, and troweling.
- Preparing sites for concrete works: forming, setting levels, and ensuring accurate site prep.
- Erecting and dismantling formwork and frameworks for concrete pours.
- Assisting with steel reinforcement placement (reo bars/mesh) and tying.
- Pouring, spreading, and compacting concrete using hand tools and equipment.
- Assisting with curing processes to ensure strength and durability.
- Cleaning and maintaining concrete equipment, including vibrators and mixers.
- Site cleanup, debris removal, and preparing for subsequent stages of construction.
Experience Required:
- Experience in concrete labouring or general civil labouring is essential.
- White Card and reliable transport are mandatory (many sites are not accessible via public transport).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adherence to safety standards.
