We’re working with a national construction contractor looking to add an experience Diesel Mechanic to their Sunshine location, working on Crushing Machines

Position Overview:

This national contractor is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join the team in their Sunshine location. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service and repair of Crushing machinery.

DUTIES + EXPERIENCE:

Preventative maintenance on crushing and heavy duty mobile equipment such as Pegson, McCloskey, Keestrack & Sandvik
Diagnosis and fault finding on equipment
Maintain maintenance, repair and servicing records
Disassemble, repair and reassemble crushing equipment components
Current and valid driver’s license, HR license is advantageous
Be able to consistently work 6am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 6am – 12pm Saturdays, week in, week out
White card
Secure parking for work vehicle is an absolute must

This is a permanent opportunity whereby you’ll work on a casual basis for the probation period of 3 months. At 3 months you will need to pass a full medical and drug & alcohol screen to transition from casual to fulltime.
