My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of their industrial focused projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple electrical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor project progress and address issues or delays proactively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Support procurement efforts by sourcing materials and coordinating deliveries.
- Perform site visits to ensure work aligns with project plans and quality expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in coordinating electrical projects in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Aconex or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
