About the role:
Our client has a unique position opening within their new electrical arm of the business. 

Recently partnered with a property management group and have access to over 7000+ established properties predominantly in the Western Suburbs.

You will be tasked with initially carrying out rental checks + routine maintenance while growing a small team of electricians under you to then move into more of a supervisory/management position.

Requirements:
  • Current REC or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong residential/commercial maintenance experience
  • Clear communicator and driven individual
  • Willing to grow and lead a profitable team.
Duties:
  • Carrying out day to day maintenance on individual dwellings
  • Repairs and Upgrades for lights and appliances
  • Annual rental check upgrades
  • Scheduling works with customers
  • Hiring staff to grow your new division
  • Management of staff once grown the division.
