SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree qualified in architecture.
- min 4 years of post-grad experience
- Proficiency in Revit a must!
- Strong documentation and detailing ability.
- Excellent communication skills written and graphical.
- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of the NCC, Australian Standards and applicable legislations.
- Proven experience and exposure to more than one stage of the project process.
- Experience working on Data Centre, Large Format Retail, or Industrial would be highly beneficial.
DUTIES
Reporting straight to the senior project leaders, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Design and documentation in Revit.
- Be truly detail focused (test no. 1 read the ad and apply as directed: Next Step)
- Assist in the production and progressing of project documentation through all relevant stages.
- Work with project leaders to develop client briefs and responses.
- Coordinate all design concepts with project consultant teams including initial project development stages.
- Embrace the complexity and strive to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Constantly seek opportunity to engage and learn throughout the process. The correct attitude is key!
