Roles Available:
- Leading Hands: Responsible for a crew of 1-5 people
- Plant Operators: GPS Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Compactor, Scraper, Moxy, Padfoot Roller, Loader, Skid Steer
- Skilled Labourers: Skilled & General civil labouring such as pit & pipe work, conduits, site prep/clean, assisting trades
Your Duties:
- Bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, batter work, road boxing, pushing/clearing, compacting
- Operating machines ranging from 15T to 50T
- GPS experience (Topcon, Trimble, UTS) preferred but not essential
- Civil labouring duties as required
- Standard hours: 6 AM - 5 PM, 5-6 days per week (50+ hours per week)
What You Need:
- Experience in civil construction or earthworks
- Experience operating machinery (GPS experience preferred)
- Experience labouring on Civil projects
- White Card & Driver’s License + Reliable Transport (some sites are difficult to access)
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
- Pay rate increases at 3 and 6 months based on performance
- Ongoing work with the potential for long-term employment
