THE ROLE
As the HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing support across all facets of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Supporting managers with performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
- Contributing to health, safety, and wellbeing programs
- Assisting in workforce planning and talent management
- Driving HR projects focused on process improvement and employee engagement
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR within the construction or architecture industries (preferred)
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and industry awards
- A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
