Position: Senior HR Advisor – Gold Mining experience
Location: Perth, WA – FIFO Kalgoorlie
Salary: 140K – 180K
About the Role:
As a Senior HR Advisor with our client, a leading Gold Minerals Company, you'll focus on office-based tasks such as Resource Management, and legislation based activities, whilst conducting site activities such as investigations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and development for employees across all levels including General Manager and Managing Directors
- HR reporting requirements
- Establish and manage all HR related projects

Key Criteria:
- At least 4 years of HR experience in same or similar position
- Qualification in HR
- A high competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Manual C class licence
- Current national police clearance
