HVAC Drafter

I am eager to speak with experienced Mechanical Drafters with a desire to find a new challenge with an established HVAC contractor operating in the Melbourne area. The company enjoy long standing relationships with multiple Tier 1 and 2 builders working within the major commercial fit out, new build and infrastructure sectors and have won a considerable amount of work for the coming year. As such they are looking to expand their in-house capabilities and add a talented drafter to their team.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Project drafting using Revit 3D

• Produce high quality, detailed shop drawings

• Value manage projects where possible

• Produce schedules

• Attend project coordination meetings

• Liaise with supply chain when necessary

• Liaise with site team regularly to reduce unnecessary delays or errors

• Communicate changes promptly to site teams and PM’s

A sound knowledge of Revit MEP & Navisworks are required in order to be considered for this role as well as a demonstrated track record working in a similar environment on similar value projects.
