Internal Sales - Ex Trade Counter person

Fetch Recruitment have currently partnered with a manufacturing business based in the South East.If you’re passionate about customer service and building relationships in the construction/manufacturing field, this could be the role for you!

Role Overview
In this position, you will represent the brand by providing excellent service to builders, resellers, and partners. You’ll manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions and great customer experiences. You will report to the National Sales Manager and be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotes via phone and email.

• Prepare accurate quotes for clients.

• Manage shared inboxes to ensure excellent customer support.

• Follow up with builders to turn quotes into orders.

• Keep track of orders and inform customers of any delays.

• Manage builder accounts to keep them updated on products.

• Engage with industry partners on social media.

• Promote our solutions in a consultative manner.

• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in all tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in providing great customer service.

• Knowledge of the construction process and building materials is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and understand plans.

• Comfortable with IT systems or quick to learn new technology.

• Previous experience in a Trade or Hardware store is desirable.
