Learning & Development Advisor | Leading Construction Company
Rate: $45 - $60 per hour + super
Location: Melbourne
Duration: 3-6 months temporary contract

THE COMPANY
My client is a highly respected commercial builder specialising in the built environment. Due to a period of growth, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Learning & Development Advisor for a 3-6 month contract. If you have a minimum of two years of experience in L&D within a fast-paced environment, OR a proven track record of success in developing and implementing training programs, then we would love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled L&D professional to make a significant impact in a short-term role.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for driving the learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Here's what your day could look like:
  • Designing and implementing effective training programs to address skill gaps
  • Conducting training needs analyses and developing appropriate learning solutions
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions for various levels of staff
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous improvements
  • Collaborating with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business objectives
  • Managing the company's learning management system and e-learning platforms

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and LMS administration
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, L&D, or a related field
