Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Licenced Maintenance Plumber to join an established Residential Maintenance Plumbing Company .
This is a unique opportunity to lead an experienced maintenance plumbing team consisting of Licenced Maintenance Plumbers!
The successful candidate will conduct and sign off maintenance works, while also being a lead influencer in future expansion.
The company was established specifically to service properties as per Estate Agents/Landlord requirements, offering consistent and reliable work-flow to employees while providing maintenance and ongoing support to customers
Position: Residential Licenced Maintenance Plumber
Package: $120K-130K
Location: Northwest Suburbs

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Licenced Plumbers
- Gas Testing
- Conducting renewals and repairs
- Diagnosing and fixing leaks
- Managing hot and cold water services
- Overseeing day-to-day maintenance tasks
- Valid Plumbing License
- Type A Gas Testing Licence
- Proven experience in residential maintenance plumbing
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
