My client is one of Melbourne's top elite and established high-end builders, speciating in bespoke homes and apartments. Known for delivering complex and beautiful architecturally designed new builds across all of Melbourne's affluent suburbs and down as far as Sorrento. Due consistent and sustained growth of this award winning business, they are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team to look after minor works, maintenance and manage trades across multiple job sites.

The Role: You will be working on projects across the South-East. You will need prior experience in a maintenance & warranty role, with a keen eye for detail and a "can do" attitude.
- Managing multiple jobs
- Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards & Res-codes
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements
- Close liaison between internal and external staff members
- Close liaison with clients and relationship building
- "Hands-On" maintenance works (minor) required for: Tiling, Plastering, Painting, Carpentry works
To be be considered:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/ Carpenter for an architectural builder is required
- History of working on projects up to $15M and above
- A trade base of contacts and history of successfully handling subcontractors
- Trade background in carpentry
