Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee projects, coordinating field investigations for various residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Site Coordination: Manage site inspections, testing, and monitoring services across a range of projects, including earthworks and deep excavations.
- Technical Analysis: Analyze geotechnical issues related to foundations, embankments, dams, and slope stability using software like Slope/W and CIRCLY.
- Reporting: Prepare high-quality technical reports, proposals, and tenders, ensuring precise cost calculations.
- Business Development: Engage with clients and contribute to business development efforts.
- Mentoring: Support and mentor junior geotechnical professionals.
- Experience across multiple business sectors.
- Coaching from industry leaders and professional development support.

- Experience: 5–15 years as a Geotechnical Engineer with site investigation expertise.
- Practical Skills: Enjoy outdoor work and possess a valid driver’s license (manual preferred).
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent writing skills and high-level computer skills.
- Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to workplace safety.

- Proven problem solving and pattern recognition skills.
