About the Role:
- Report to the Estimating Manager
- Quantifying materials and labour required on each job
- Performing details BOQs and quantity take offs
- Maintain price files within estimating software
- Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed
- Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations
- Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers
- Working closely with internal departments
About You:
- Minimum of 2-4 years in a production estimating or cost planning role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements
- Proficient in DataBuild and MS Suite
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for delivering clear and concise communication to internal and external clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A GREAT attitude is a must!
