Established WA Shopfitting & Joinery company with over 30 years in the market.
One the best-known operators in the space are looking for a Joinery Project Manager to oversee the projects awarded by commercial builders on schools, hospitality, office, and medical fit outs.
The Benefits:
• Up to $140k + Super + vehicle + Fuel + phone
• Full-time permanent position
• Manage 1 – 2 projects concurrently
• Work with a highly regarded and recognised name in the industry
• Established leadership team
• Site and office-based position
• Office location in Welshpool
The Requirements:
• Trade Qualified Cabinet Maker
• Experience in Commercial or Residential Joinery
• Previous experience liaising with builders and scheduling jobs
• Full Australian Working Rights
• WA Drivers License

The Role:
- Liaise with clients / builders etc regarding dates and site requirements
- Co-ordinate with set out & production to ensure joinery delivery dates are met
- Co-ordinate schedule with trades if required
- Create a work schedule for each project
- Liaise with client re project issues
- Manage and ensure schedule timelines are met
- Manage site installers
- Manage variations
- Manage client handover and defects
