The Role
My client is seeking a collaborative individual ready to contribute to diverse daily operations. Your responsibilities encompass:
- Professionally greet, welcome, and direct visitors.
- Receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls.
- Assist accounts payable officer with tasks daily.
- Track & maintain vehicles & equipment records.
- Order and restock stationery and office supplies.
- Provide general office administration support.
- Assist in coordinating company functions and events.
- Manage staff contact lists and new starter administration.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Provide support to different departments as needed.
Skills & Experience
This role presents as an excellent experience for a receptionist who enjoys being the go-to within the office.
- 1+ years’ experience in an Administrative or Receptionist role, ideally in the Manufacturing and Construction Industry
- Proficient in accurate day-to-day data entry and processing tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and actively contribute to a systems-driven setting
- You would describe yourself as friendly, welcoming and always willing to help
