The Role
My client is seeking a collaborative individual ready to contribute to diverse daily operations. Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Professionally greet, welcome, and direct visitors.

  • Receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls.

  • Assist accounts payable officer with tasks daily.

  • Track & maintain vehicles & equipment records.

  • Order and restock stationery and office supplies.

  • Provide general office administration support.

  • Assist in coordinating company functions and events.

  • Manage staff contact lists and new starter administration.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Provide support to different departments as needed.


Skills & Experience
This role presents as an excellent experience for a receptionist who enjoys being the go-to within the office.

  • 1+ years’ experience in an Administrative or Receptionist role, ideally in the Manufacturing and Construction Industry

  • Proficient in accurate day-to-day data entry and processing tasks

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and actively contribute to a systems-driven setting

  • You would describe yourself as friendly, welcoming and always willing to help
