About you:
Demonstrated experience working within the construction sector previous experience managing a 360 desk and developing new business and a stable proven track record in billings for at least 12 months experience in recruitment.

About you:
Demonstrated experience working within the construction sector previous experience managing a 360 desk and developing new business and a stable proven track record in billings for at least 12 months experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base through canvass calling, use of marketing networking and lead generation
- Using strategies to find experienced candidates that would be suitbale for permanent or temporary placements
- Base Salary $70,000 -$90,000 Depending on Experience + potential to earn an additional $40,000-$100,000 in On Target Commission Earnings.
- Flexible 4 Day week on 100% Pay - for consultants over their financial expectations

- Labour Hire focus - on a construction trades desk
- Typically make between 5+ placements a week into ongoing contract roles.
- Manage anywhere from 20-30 trades staff across multiple sites
- A warm desk that has an established client & candidate database.
- Work alongside 28+ Consultants that specialize in similar fields, with a consistent lead and candidate sharing culture.
