What You'll Do:

• Implement and Monitor Safety Procedures: Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and best practices, focusing on residential subdivisions and commercial developments.

• Conduct Safety Inspections: Regularly assess worksites, equipment, and practices to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

• Promote a Safety-First Culture: Collaborate with team members to foster a workplace culture that prioritizes safety and compliance, using advanced technology and machinery.

• Provide Safety Training and Education: Offer guidance and training to staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
