Senior Estimator - KDRB / Custom Build

Located in the CBD, they are on the hunt for an experienced Estimator (exp. in both sales and production) who can add to this company’s ongoing success.

The Role

• Quantifying materials and labour required on each job

• Performing details BOQs and quantity take offs

• Maintain price files within estimating software

• Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed

• Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations

• Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers

• Working closely with internal departments

About You

• 5+ years hands on residential estimating experience including KDRB and Custom Builds.

• Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Design and or Engineering.

• Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings, engineering drawings, soil reports and various contract documents.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in Databuild and / or Beams Build.
