Join a reputable and innovative company as a Maintenance Fitter. Our client, a leader in manufacturing sector is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated individual to play a vital role in their operations.
Shift Times:
- Night Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 23:00 – 07:00
- First 2 months will be day shift to gain site familiarisation (06:00am - 14:00pm)
- Competitive hourly rate
- Stable, long-term employment with consistent 40+ hour weeks

- Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Ensure all equipment operates efficiently to maintain product quality and production targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Qualified: Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance fitter, preferably within the manufacturing or mining equipment industry.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and accuracy to maintain product and equipment standards.
- Coordination & Communication: Ensure documentation is accurate, manage parts and inventory, and assist with store activities and stock takes.
- Long Term Contract : 6 months casual leading to full time employment
