You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Site Management role delivering Custom Homes (Basement experience is required)
- Carpentry background and relevant qualifications is essential
- Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, the client, and other stakeholders
- Ability to confidently use systems and software
