The Requirements
• BSc Construction Management OR similar relevant tertiary qualifications
• 3+ years in a Contract Administrator position in Australia
• Experience on construction or fit out projects
• Excellent understanding of Australian building contracts & standards
• Proven experience on commercially successful projects
• Must be living in Perth currently or plans to arrive in 3 weeks.
