You’ll work alongside senior project managers and site teams to help plan, coordinate, and deliver commercial electrical projects on time and within budget. As part of the role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery, from design coordination and procurement to site execution and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Support procurement of materials and subcontractor management
- Help monitor project budgets and track project costs
- Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logs
- Contribute to health & safety compliance and quality control
Ideal candidates will have:
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in an Electrical trade supervising others
- Good understanding of how a project is delivered on-site and from a financial standpoint
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project software is a bonus
- Relevant qualifications in construction/project management or engineering are desirable
