The Company
Developer and Builder specialising in high-rise mixed-use precincts across Australia known for vibrant architecturally designed buildings and landmark urban projects.
Secure pipeline of projects in central Perth for the next 5+ years and owned by a multi-billion-dollar property group.
The Benefits
• $180k - $200k + Super.
• Full-time Permanent Position.
• Annual Performance Based Bonuses.
• Centrally located offices and projects.
• Experienced project team.
The Requirements
• Electrical or Mechanical trade OR relevant Construction/Engineering tertiary qualifications.
• Minimum 5 + years’ experience as a Building Services Coordinator/Supervisor within Australia.
• Experience on multi-storey commercial developments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time with minimal defects.
• Proven track record of the highest OH&S on-site.
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian building practises.
• Strong communication and management skills.
The Role
• Understand, review, and advise on construction & drawings particularly ensuring services scope is understood.
• Assist in the management of site works throughout the project and commissining, ensuring minimal defects.
• Identify any risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Design Manager & Project Manager on a regular basis with project updates and potential issues.
• Build & maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
