Job description
The Company:

  • Global group operating in over 40 countries worldwide
  • Specialist in developing and managing major infrastructure projects 
  • Very strong in the renewable energy space
  • Working on Major Road Project circa $190m 

The Benefits: 

  • Very secure pipline of confirmed projects for the next 5+ years
  • Work on interesting projects: freeway extension and bus interchange 
  • Final 12 months on project, then move on to newly awarded utility project 
  • Perth Based project with site uplift 10-15% 

Responsibilities: 

  • Daily pre-starts, handover meetings, weekly toolbox meetings, and look aheads
  • Ensure OHS standards are met with regular safety walk-throughs and inspections
  • Managing and driving performance of site works 
  • Allocating tasks to the work crew and maintaining construction program 

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years experience as a Site Supervisor on Australia civil infrastructure projects over $30m
  • Australian experience essential. 
  • Trade or Engineering Qualification 
  • Previously experience with structures and civil works
  • Proven comminicator and team leader, ability to motivate and lead a team of trades
