Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the maintenance team.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are running efficiently.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, both planned and reactive.
- Train and support the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Health and safety knowledge.
- Engineering or maintenance-related qualifications are a plus.
