The Company
Developer and Builder specialising in high-rise mixed-use precincts across Australia known for vibrant architecturally designed buildings and landmark urban projects.
Secure pipeline of multiple high-rise projects in central Perth for the next 5+ years and owned by a multi-billion-dollar property group investing in Australia for over 30 years.
The Benefits
• $180k - $200k + Super.
• Full-time Permanent Position.

The Requirements
• Carpenter/Joiner OR Relevant Engineering formal qualifications.
• Minimum 5 + years’ experience as a Structures Supervisor within Australia.
• Experience on multi-storey commercial developments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time with minimal defects.
• Proven track record of the highest OH&S on-site.
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian building practises
• Strong communication and management skills
The Role
• Understand, review, and advise on construction & technical drawings.
• Effectively plan and schedule commercial trades, materials, inductions, meeting key project deadlines.
• Oversee and implement OH&S procedures on-site.
• Report to the Snr Site Manager on a regular basis with project updates and potential issues.
• Build & maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
