Contract Finishes Foreman – Commercial Construction

I am seeking a Contract Finishes Foreman to oversee the fit-out and finishes of a large commercial project, located just 20 minutes from the CBD.
About the Role: As the Finishes Foreman, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality project on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the interior fit-out, ensuring finishes are completed to the highest standard, and coordinating subcontractors and trades to meet deadlines.

- Oversee all fit-out and finishing activities on-site, ensuring quality workmanship
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to maintain project timelines
- Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Utilize Procore and other construction software to manage site documentation and reporting
- Enforce OH&S policies, ensuring a safe working environment
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on commercial projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans
- Proficient in Procore and other construction management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
