Job description
Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSE Advisors within Brisbane for an exceptional Tier 3 Commercial builder.

The Company:
  • Tier 3 Commercial builder, delivering projects $30m+
  • Over 100+ years industry tenure, delivering projects in multiple states and sectors including educational, industrial, hospitality and community projects.
  • Excellent track record of returning clients.
  • Interstate presence across NSW,QLD and VIC.
The Role:
  • HSE advisor
  • The focus to be covering predominately one $20m industrial project and up to 2 other projects within Brisbane city.
  • Expertly utilising Hammertech to update and maintain site safety procedures.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSE policies.
  • Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSEQ issues promptly and effectively.
  • Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSE Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
  • Review sub-contractor SWMS.
  • Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality control and rectification.
  • Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s
Must have:
  • 2 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
  • Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS.
  • MUST HAVE experience within the Commercial construction industry.
  • Access to a vehicle for travelling purposes.
