Job description
The Opportunity
  • A boutique commercial group that do a mix of their own developments and third party builds
  • Their next key project is a $12m medical centre – D&C project in Melbourne’s SE
  • Report to the Director and you will have a full time CA to assist you.
  • Good pipeline of ongoing work beyond this.
Your Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Programming
  • Budget Management
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation
  • Team Leadership
  • Contract Management
  • Risk Management
  • Contractor Communications
  • Site Team Management
  • Progress Reporting
  • Client Relations

Experience/Qualifications:
  • A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects – D&C experience is required
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills
