My client, a leading commercial plumbing contractor, delivering high-quality commercial plumbing solutions to Tier 1 builders across Queensland are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to grow their already thriving team.

You will play a vital role in managing contracts, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing plumbing contracts and project documentation
  • Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitoring project budgets, variations, and invoicing
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations
  • Assisting with tender submissions and contract negotiations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress

Ideal applicants will have:
  • Experience in contract administration, preferably within the plumbing or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and industry regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office
