Established commercial construction company with strong roots in the WA market and a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, and education projects up to $40m.

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a new circa $25m shopping centre construct only project in Brabham area. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing sub-contract and head contract variations, managing claims, and working closely with the Project Manager and support CA to ensure a commercially successful project.
This position would suit a Contract Administrator looking to grow their skills and progress into a Project Manager position.

Requirements:
• BSc Construction Management or similar industry relevant qualifications.

• Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Australian building contracts and practises.
• Experience using CHEOPS desired but not essential.
• Australian permanent residency required.
