Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Ensure all equipment is running smoothly with regular maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and fix any equipment issues quickly.
- Create and follow maintenance schedules to avoid downtime.
- Keep track of spare parts and materials needed for repairs.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Record all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, ideally in food manufacturing.
- Good technical knowledge of food production machinery and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with equipment repairs.
- Knowledge of food industry safety standards and regulations.
- Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., mechanical or electrical) are a plus.
