Job description
We are currently helping a well-established food production company find a Food Production Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in food production to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily production process to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Lead, train, and support a team of production workers.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Help identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Manage inventory and ensure enough materials are available for production.
- Ensure the team follows health and safety regulations.
- Experience in food production or manufacturing, with some leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Forklift License (Essential)
- Maintenance knowledge (Preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team.
