THE ROLE
This is a varied administration role, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation and management of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Ordering and managing inventory to support projects.
- Processing supplier invoices and managing purchase orders using MYOB.
- Drafting and issuing invoices to clients.
- Maintaining and updating job binders to ensure all project documentation is up to date.
- Providing support with Excel tasks and general data management.
- Offering general administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Proactive, organised, and confident in handling phone communications.
- Equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in administrative roles, within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using MYOB and Excel for financial and data tasks.
- Based in the South-East suburbs and willing to work on-site.
