- Develop CNC programs using CAM software for efficient metal cutting.
- Interpret technical drawings and adjust cutting parameters as needed.
- Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Overlook the production process
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes.
- Proven experience as a CNC Plasma Programmer or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAM software for CNC programming
- Willingness to progress to management position
- Strong understanding of CNC plasma cutting processes and operations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately.
