THE ROLE
As the Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for the customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your day might include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Managing and converting leads through inbound follow-up and outbound calling
- Nurturing relationships with new and existing customers
- Preparing quotes and providing technical product information
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business goals
- Managing customer information in the CRM system
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail and process improvement mindset
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience in lead generation and telemarketing (advantageous)
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify growth opportunities
