Job description
THE COMPANY

THE ROLES
  • 2 x Intermediate CA’s to backfill internal promotions to Project Manager
  • 1 x junior role for high calibre graduate, with workplace experience in commercial construction
THE DUTIES
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
 
YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in a PC or CA role within the commercial building sector
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills – you will be dealing with subcontrctors, clients and project stakeholders daily
  • A passion for developing yourself personally and professionally
  • Experience in using construction industry specific softward
