As the builder continues to expand, they're are seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team in the South East.
Role Overview:
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the contracts for our range of commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all contractual obligations are met while providing administrative support to the project management team and directors.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Contracts (Main / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or high-end residential construction
- Solid understanding of construction contracts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- A degree or relevant qualification in construction
