- #1 - Major tier 2 player – upcoming project $100m. Play a key role in leading all commercial activities on the project and report into a Commercial Manager. Site Based Role Pkg to $200k. Site based roles
- #2 - Long established tier 3 builder – projects to $40m. A company with a turnover in excess of $150m with over 15 projects in the field currently. Working with a high degree of independence you will be a key pillar of the team alongside the Commercial Manager. CBD Fringe Offices. Pkg to $170k
- #3 – Up and coming builder doing high spec commercial and boutique apartment builds. – a builder that is clearly going places - you will play a key role on their larger builds and be able to rub shoulders with the Directors daily. Pkg to $140k. SE Suburbs
- #4 Minor works and maintenance – a highly exceptional business where you will be able to fast-track to PM and gain valuable site based coordination skill across multiple sites. Pkg to $100k. NW suburbs.
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record at CA or PC level within a head contract environment
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with subcontractors for mutually beneficial outcomes
- A degree qualification in Construction Management or equivalent
- Proven ability to utilise cost management software such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
