My client is a small to medium sized commercial design and construct builder operating in the Perth Metro and Southwest WA region.
WA Tier 3 builder focusing on commercial, retail, industrial, and local government projects up to $30m.
Established business with over 15 years in the market and an experienced core team.
Benefits:
- $130k to $150k + Super
- Annual individual performance bonuses.
- Excellent internal training programs & formal mentoring.
- Central Office location with parking.

- Work on newly awarded $30m retail project north of the river.
Responsibilities:
- Draft commercial sub-contractor agreements and scope of works.
- Assist in financial administration including cost control, budgeting, forecasting.
- Subcontractor claim reviews and negotiations.
- Ensure progress claims, EOT’s, and variations are in line with contractual agreements.
- Liaise with client and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, OR Similar Industry Qualification
- 3+ years experience working on commercial building projects in Australia
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Right to work in Australia and currently living in WA.
