Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage drainage projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate daily operations and site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in drainage supervision or a related role within the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of drainage systems, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in civil engineering or construction management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
